Outline of Research at the Start

リンパ漏は四肢リンパ浮腫だけでなく体幹部にも発生し、特に乳児の乳び胸水は致死率が高い。外科的治療は胸管結紮・塞栓が行われるが、体幹部のリンパ流の治療後の再開通の過程、リンパ漏の病態、各種治療法がどのように寄与しているかは未解明な部分が多い。そのため、胸管・乳び槽・腸間膜リンパ管などのリンパ管、骨盤・鼠径部のリンパ節といった体幹部のリンパ流動態の解明および、難治性の乳び胸水などの体幹部リンパ漏の治療法を確立するために本研究を行う。
