Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ヒト脂肪組織由来幹細胞（hASCs）と三次元足場を用い、軟骨形成に関与する3種の遺伝子（TGF-β1、BMP2、Sox9）を、超音波と正荷電リピッドバブルを用いた新しい遺伝子導入法により生体内に導入する。これにより、形成外科分野に求められる複雑な形状を持つ軟骨組織再生の実現を目指す。安全で低侵襲かつ効果的な再生医療技術の構築を通じて、国内外の臨床応用に貢献することを目的とする。
