Outline of Research at the Start

歯が萌出するためには、成長による歯の形態変化と萌出方向への移動に合わせて、破骨細胞により周囲の歯槽骨が分解される必要がある。しかし、破骨細胞分化が起こらないDAP12/FcRγ遺伝子欠損マウスでは、破骨細胞が存在しないのにも関わらず歯の萌出が起こることが知られている。この謎を解明するために、本研究はDAP12/FcRγ遺伝子欠損マウスにおける歯の萌出メカニズムの解明を目的とする。
