Outline of Research at the Start

NR4A1を賦活化する化合物を同定するために、DNA Encoded library スクリーニングキットを用いて化合物を同定する。同定は、次世代シークエンスを用いる。同定された化合物の性質を、NR4A1に結合する化合物を複数抽出し、機能解析を行う。NR4A1を賦活化する化合物をリード化合物とし、抗炎症効果を細胞培養実験および動物実験で検証する。
