Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、歯根膜幹細胞スフェロイドに対して、シングルセルトランスクリプトーム解析を行うことにより、スフェロイド内に遺伝子発現の異なる細胞分画が存在することを明らかにする予定である。また、これらの異なる性質を有する細胞分画が骨組織・歯周組織再生能を上昇させるメカニズムについても検証する。
