Outline of Research at the Start

欧米においては，本邦に先立って医療ビックデータを用いた臨床研究を実施する環境整備が整いつつある。一方、本邦において様々な医療分野における医療ビックデータを用いた臨床研究の推進は望まれているものの，大学病院などで用いられている電子カルテシステムは画一的なソフトウェアが用いられておらず，研究者が所属する大学以外の患者データへのアクセスは限定的があるのも現状である。そこで本研究では、米国大学11校の電子カルテデータを利活用した保存修復治療の臨床耐久性評価し，医療ビックデータを応用した新たな臨床研究手法を確立に挑戦するものである。
