Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、新たなキャリアを見出していくと共に、抗菌効果や接着促進・耐久性向上効果を期待できる材料を用い、様々な薬剤との適切な組み合わせを探索していく。これらの物性を検討し、ある程度のスペックを決定後、構成成分の各々に対してラット歯髄で生体的合成を検討する。最終的には新規直接覆髄剤のレシピ候補を、ラット歯髄における検討を通じてスクリーニングすることで、新規直接覆髄剤を創出していくことになる。
