Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はiPS由来巨核球（iMK）あるいは、その細胞成分であるiMK由来エクソソームを応用することで、インプラント周囲炎に対する新規の治療法を開発することを目的とする。培養実験により、破骨細胞の分化抑制や、T細胞との共培養により抗炎症効果の評価を行う。また、インプラント周囲炎の動物モデルを確立し、そこにiMKや、エクソソームを投与することで動物レベルでの治療効果を評価する。
