Outline of Research at the Start	１．ヒト根未完成智歯の根尖部歯乳頭ならびに歯髄組織のシングルセルレベル空間トランスクリプトーム高度解析。シングルセルレベルの空間トランスクリプトーム解析であるVisium HDにて取得したデータから高次解析を行う。高次解析から細胞型アトラスの作成ならびに真の幹細胞の推定を行う。真の幹細胞として推定された分子に関して免疫染色を行い、その局在を明らかにすることで細胞型アトラスとタンパクレベルでの発現分布ならびに幹細胞局在の可能性を見出すことを目標達成とする。２．幹細胞マーカー候補による細胞単離、幹細胞の増幅、硬組織形成細胞への分化能と免疫不全動物への移植実験による再生医学的研究を遂行する。
