| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、スキャンした顔面および口腔内歯列を重ね合わせした三次元形態データをVR空間内に移送し、患者がVR空間に投影された仮想の自分の顎や歯を伸張させたり、色調を変化させることにより、疼痛や感覚が変調するシステムを構築することを目的としている。構築したシステムは健常者および口腔顔面痛を有する患者に使用させ、その感覚の変調やVR酔いなどのアンケート調査も行う。この歯科デジタル療法は口腔顔面痛や咬合違和感症候群に対する非侵襲的かつ非薬理的で安全な新しい治療法になるものと期待できる。
