Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、歯周炎とは異なる細菌叢が関与しているインプラント周囲炎の発症起点や病態を接合様式の観点から解明し，治療方法および予防法を確立することを目的としている。そのため，基礎研究においては，マイクロムーブメントによる微小漏洩を明らかにするとともに，スクリュー固定式上部構造の封鎖材料を網羅的に検討する。その上で，特定臨床研究にて臨床応用し，臨床学的観点から有効性を明らかにしインプラント治療の長期予後を脅かすインプラント周囲炎の予防法を確立する。
