Outline of Research at the Start

歯科領域や整形外科領域において骨欠損や著しい骨吸収は形態的・機能的・審美的回復に苦慮することが多い．口腔領域では自家骨，他家骨，人工骨による再生治療が行われている．様々な患者さんのニーズや骨欠損の状況に応じた人工骨を形態付与するとなるとより詳細な構造の移植体を作製する必要であると考えられる．本研究では高分子材料と骨補填材を用いたハイブリッドな基材を作成し患者さんのデータを基に製作・評価するともに，骨再生能の評価，治癒期間の短縮が可能か，多角的に評価を行い，最終的に臨床応用の可能性を模索する．
