Outline of Research at the Start

食べること飲み込むことが困難な患者さんの障害像を把握することは重要ですが，実際はよくわかっていません．申請者が独自に開発した舌の筋の電気信号を計測する機器を用いて記録を試みます．本研究課題では，噛むこと飲み込むことの過程で，①舌が如何にして細かい運動制御を行っているか，②その細かい運動制御に影響するものは何かを検討します．将来的に，介護食開発や，咀嚼嚥下障害を検出する装置の開発も目指しています．
