Outline of Research at the Start

PARP阻害薬olaparibは相同組換え修復能を欠損したがんに対して特異的に効果を示す抗腫瘍薬である。本研究では、他のがん種と比較して分子標的薬の選択肢が限られている再発・進行性頭頸部がんにおいて、PARP阻害薬の新たなバイオマーカーの同定を試みる。さらに、臨床上の課題であるPARP阻害薬耐性の分子メカニズムを明らかにし、その耐性克服に繋がる薬剤を探索する。これらの研究を通して、頭頸部がんにおけるPARP阻害薬の適応拡大に繋がる基礎データの取得を目指す。
