Outline of Research at the Start

口腔は複雑な３次元後続をとり、再発部位や再発様式は多様である。中でも深部の筋間隙の再発は重要臓器と近接するため、救済手術が困難である場合が多い。本研究の目的として、術後再発の予測として、筋組織の脂肪組織を用いて、腫瘍マーカーの核酸増幅法を用いた再発リスクの診断法を新規開発させること、再発高リスク患者同定することで、将来的には筋間隙の郭清の追加や術後放射線化学療法を追加し、局所制御率の改善を目的とした。
