| Outline of Research at the Start |
早期とされるT1舌癌においても、原発巣術後に4割程度の後発頸部領域リンパ節転移のリスクがある。本研究の目的は「口腔内超音波診断における粘膜下層の穿破は病理組織学的な筋層浸潤の指標となりうるか、後発転移を予見しうるか」を検証することにあり、T1舌癌症例における口腔内超音波画像での粘膜下層穿破と後発転移の関係についての後方視的探索、ならびに切除術直前の超音波画像と病理組織像との比較と定量的評価による前方視的探索により検討し、粘膜下層穿破の判定基準を明らかにし後発転移の予見の可能性を検証するとともに、模擬舌癌ファントムを用いて最適な撮像条件を検証することを通じて国際的な普及を目指すものである。
