Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、薬剤耐性を付与した口腔扁平上皮癌細胞株に各種分子標的薬を併用し、変異したドライバー遺伝子の機能回復を目指す治療法の開発を目的とする。これまで、口腔がん領域ではドライバー遺伝子の変異に対する新規治療法に関する研究報告はまったく見られない。本研究の特徴は、既存の分子標的薬を組合せたカクテル療法によってドライバー遺伝子の変異による薬剤耐性を突破しようとする内容である。
