Outline of Research at the Start	SCCをターゲットにしたレンバチニブの基盤研究は少ない。ICIによって癌治療における免疫細胞の重要性が明らかになったが、ICIの奏効率改善の余地が大きく残されている。STINGやTLRなどのパターン認識受容体はそのリガンドを認識してⅠ型IFNや炎症性サイトカインの産生を誘導し炎症反応を惹起する。本研究では、SCCに対するレンバチニブやICI、PRRリガンドを併用した複合的がん免疫治療法の有効性をマウスSCCモデルを用いて免疫学的側面から検討するとともに臨床検体を使って頭頸部SCC組織におけるレンバチニブの標的分子並びにPRRの発現頻度を解析する。
