Outline of Research at the Start	本研究はpartial EMTとcomplete EMTを分別して制御する機構の解明を目的に次の3群の口腔扁平上皮がんOM-1サブクローンを用いる。 1. 安定した上皮形質（E-cadherin+Vimentin－）を保持するOM-1 2.上皮・間葉の両形質（E-cadherin+Vimentin+）を併せ持つpEMT OM-1 3.安定した間葉形質（E-cadherin－Vimentin+）を保持すEMT OM-1 上記1から3の細胞のトランスクリプトームをRNAシークエンス解析で獲得し特異的発現プロファイルを示す遺伝子を研究対象としている。
