Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、E3C1遺伝子によるがん遺伝子治療やE3C1ペプチドが、細胞周期および細胞周期に関与しているタンパクにどのような影響を与え、抗腫瘍効果を得ているのかを検討する。そのために、まず扁平上皮癌細胞株（A431細胞）を用いたin vitroでの実験を行う。次に、移植腫瘍モデルマウスに市販の遺伝子導入試薬を用いて、コントロール遺伝子とE3C1 遺伝子をヌードマウス移植腫瘍に導入した後に、腫瘍を切除し免疫組織学的検討を行うためにin vivoでの実験を行う。
