Outline of Research at the Start

口唇口蓋裂の主な症状のひとつである鼻咽腔閉鎖機能不全 (VPI) に対する治療法として、近年自家脂肪注入術 (AFI) の臨床応用が広がっている。本研究ではAFIの予知性を高めるため、時相を持つ３次元CT画像 (4D-CT) と手術ナビゲーションシステムを融合した新規術式を開発し、その安全性と有効性の評価を行う。
