Outline of Research at the Start	（1）眼窩下神経を結紮し、神経障害性疼痛モデルラットを作製する。三叉神経脊髄路核尾側亜核（Vc）と三叉神経節の凍結切片を作製する。CGRP、D2受容体、phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (pERK)、glial fibrillary acidic protein （GFAP）、CGRPを標的とした免疫染色を行う。（2）神経障害性疼痛モデルラットの三叉神経節にCGRP受容体拮抗薬（CGRP8-37）あるいはAMY1受容体拮抗薬（AC187）を投与し、（1）と同様に切片を作製し免疫染色を行う。
