Outline of Research at the Start

(1)眼窩下神経を結紮し、神経障害性疼痛モデルラットを作製する。三叉神経脊髄路核尾側亜核(Vc)と三叉神経節の凍結切片を作製する。CGRP、D2受容体、phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (pERK)、glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)、CGRPを標的とした免疫染色を行う。
(2)神経障害性疼痛モデルラットの三叉神経節にCGRP受容体拮抗薬(CGRP8-37)あるいはAMY1受容体拮抗薬(AC187)を投与し、(1)と同様に切片を作製し免疫染色を行う。
