Outline of Research at the Start	エナメル質形成不全を呈するモデルマウスを用い、環境要因が均一な条件下でS.mutansとスクロース含有食餌投与によるう蝕発症実験を行う。本う蝕発症実験にフッ化物を応用することにより、エナメル質形成不全の歯のう蝕抑制効果を定量的に解明することを実施する。また、同様なう蝕発症実験において、歯面コーティング材（PRGバリアコート等）を応用することにより、エナメル質形成不全の齲蝕発症が抑制されるかについて解明する。
