Outline of Research at the Start

頭位性頭蓋変形の発症率は以降増加傾向で、海外の報告では発生頻度は2014年に20%近くになっていると報告されている。我が国でも増加傾向にあると思われるがその発生頻度については分かっていない。合併症については不正咬合や肩こりなどがあるといわれているものの発生率も明らかではない。本研究の目的は、①種々の理由で撮影された頭部CTを元に、年齢層毎の頭位性斜頭の発症率と重症度を 調査すること。②合併症として頭部CTを用いて不正咬合の有無について調査すること。 ③顎関節症の患者における頭位性頭蓋変形症の合併率を3Dカメラを用いて調査すること。の3つである。
