| Outline of Research at the Start |
ヒト大腿骨由来初代培養骨芽細胞に対してCAGE seqにより転写産物の網羅的解析を行い、骨再生遺伝子治療の新規標的転写産物の探索を行う。また、ヒト唾液腺についても網羅的に転写産物解析を行い、『唾液腺由来核酸で、顎骨・歯槽骨再生を目指す新規骨再生核酸医療の基盤構築を行う』ことが本研究の概要である。
