Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、小児口腔サンプルからピロリ菌、歯周病原性細菌およびミュータンスレンサ球菌を検出し、ピロリ菌の定着と各細菌との関連について検討する。さらには、小児患者の歯周病や齲蝕の罹患状態、口腔衛生状態を記録し、バイオインフォマティクス解析を行った口腔細菌叢とともに網羅的な解析を行い、ピロリ菌の定着する小児口腔内の特徴の解明を目指したいと考えている。
