Outline of Research at the Start

小児期から思春期の習癖改善や高齢者のオーラルフレイル予防をはじめ，口腔機能のひとつである舌圧の重要性が注目されている．舌挙上運動には内舌筋のみならず，舌骨上筋も深く関与している．本研究では，舌圧測定と同時に非破壊検査のひとつである超音波エラストグラフィを施行し，舌骨上筋のうちオトガイ舌骨筋と顎二腹筋前腹の弾性挙動をリアルタイムで可視化するとともに，位置情報と内部性状を明らかにし，画像工学に基づき医用画像から定量的力学解析を行い筋性能を把握することを目的とする．
