Outline of Research at the Start

関西医科大学附属病院および関西医科大学総合医療センターにおいて、下顎MRONJに対して下顎骨区域切除術を施行した患者の術前のX線CT・MRI・SPECT/CTなどを用いた画像所見より、あらかじめ骨切除範囲を想定し、切除物の組織学的・免疫組織学的検索、real-time PCRによる細菌の存在確認、real-time RT-PCRによる局所の骨代謝活性の検討、および手術後の経過を総合的に判断し、術前の各種画像診断によりあらかじめ想定していた切除範囲が適当であったか、あるいはどの範囲を切除するべきであったか、について検討するものである。
