Outline of Research at the Start

歯周病、顎骨壊死（MRONJ）、インプラント周囲炎などの歯性感染症の一般的評価法である歯周
組織検査は熟練した歯科医療従事者が行う手技で、入院患者や要介護患者に対しベットサイドで
の実施は難しいことから、超高齢社会を迎えた本邦における、高齢者や要介護の人々への歯科介入を困難にする要因となっている。本申請では蛍光色素による血管透過性の有無・血管新生に着目し、歯周ポケット内に蛍光色素を填入後、蛍光装置で局所の血管透過性の亢進を測定することで、非侵襲で誰にでも施行可能、かつ定量的な歯性炎症性病変の評価手法の確立を行う。本申請の検査手法は患者・医療従事者の負担軽減を実現させる挑戦的研究である。
