Outline of Research at the Start

唾液を検体とする体外診断用医薬品は、本邦ではヘモグロビンとSARSコロナウイルス抗原（SARS-CoV-2）の定量が認可されているに過ぎない。しかし、唾液には血清に由来する多様なタンパク質が含まれており、これらはさまざまな疾患のバイオマーカーとしての潜在的な可能性を持つ。本研究では唾液カルプロテクチンに着目し、炎症性腸疾患の再燃予測バイオマーカーとして、すでに保険収載されている糞便カルプロテクチンと比較・検証して、その有効性を示すことを目的とする。
