Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，長野県の国民健康保険加入者のレセプトデータベース（KDB）を用いて，口腔健康状態が医科医療費あるいは介護費の多寡に及ぼす影響を調べることである。
使用するKDBデータは医科，歯科，介護，特定健診のレセプトデータで2014～2018年までの各年度および2023年度のもので2014～2018年までの各年度のデータはすでに入手している。
本研究の分析対象は400,000人を超えるビッグデータであり，都道府県規模のKDBデータを用いた縦断研究は歯科関連に限れば過去に例はない。本研究結果は，口腔保健が医科医療費に及ぼす影響のエビデンス構築の有用な資源となりうることを可能にする。
