Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、日本救急医学会会員を対象としインターネット調査を用いた横断研究であるChoosing Wisely指標の認知度、広報活動の効果、実践状況、そして実践を阻害する要因を明らかにすることを目的としている。調査項目は指標の認知割合、実践割合、阻害要因を各指標事に調査し、指標の認知度、実践状況、実践阻害要因を属性ごとに明らかにする。日本における指標の普及状況と効果的な情報発信方法に関する調査であり、学術団体が効果的な指標作成や普及方法を検討するための基盤を提供するとともに、背景や指標の性質に基づく「know-to-gap」の違いを解明し、救急外来診療の質向上のためのアプローチを提案する。
