Outline of Research at the Start

我々は兵庫県丹波市の夏季セミナーにおける2泊3日のCBMEにおいて、初期研修のマッチング希望をもとにした、参加学生の数年単位での中期的な教育効果の確認を日本で初めて報告した。2泊3日の短期のCBMEプログラムでも住民と密に触れ合い相互作用を強化したことが有効だったと示された。
本研究では、初期研修後、専攻医研修を含む、より中期的な効果を検討する。また、実際の勤務経験者にアンケート調査することで、住民との相互作用を強化したことの影響の程度を測定する。以上により、本研究はコストパフォーマンスのよい、住民との相互作用を強化した短期的なCBMEプログラムを提案し、中期的な教育効果の確立に大きく寄与する。
