Outline of Research at the Start

医薬品の代表的有害事象（いわゆる副作用）の一つである、電解質異常は重篤になると生命に危険を及ぼすこともあるが、未だその対策は十分とは言えない。発汗などは体内の電解質量に影響するため、気温等の変化が薬の副作用として生じる電解質異常に影響を与え、季節によりその発生に違いが生じることが想定されるが、十分な検証は実施されていない。本研究では、様々な医療情報データベースを活用し、電解質異常の季節性について、網羅的な検証を実施し、副作用の発生を予測することを目指す。
