Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は青年期・成人早期におけるARMSの自我親和型体験と自我違和型体験の弁別と建設的活用および援助希求能力の向上を目指した心理療法的面接法を開発することである。一般的に症状は速やかに消去すべきものと捉えられがちであるが、症状と共生しながら、学生生活、社会生活を継続している人々がいることも事実である。内海（2020）は症状とは病気の兆候であり回復の営みでもあると述べている。本研究ではARMSの前駆症状を忌避したり拙速に消去するのではなく、自我違和的な場合の苦痛点・自我親和的な場合の建設的側面に焦点を当てることにより適切な援助希求能力を育成し、新たな心理的支援法の開発を目指していく。
