Outline of Research at the Start

死亡から時間が経過した場合（夏場ならば1～2日程度で）死体は腐敗する。腐敗した死体の皮膚表面には液状腐敗物質が付着し，周囲の空気中には腐敗ガスが存在し，死体取り扱い従事者はこれらの腐敗性物質に直接暴露する。
これらの腐敗性物質は生体に毒性を及ぼすことから，腐敗した死体を取り扱う従事者の健康被害が予想される。
本研究では，腐敗した死体の皮膚表面の液状腐敗物質を採取して，それらの死体中・死体周囲の空気中の濃度を測定し，腐敗した死体への暴露の危険性を明らかにするとともに，具体的な予防措置の構築を試みる。
