Outline of Research at the Start

高齢化の進行に伴い、人生の最終段階にある患者の診療機会が増え、緩和ケア教育の充実が求められている。しかしながら、わが国の卒前緩和ケア教育は標準化されておらず、その内容はまちまちで、行われている教育の教育効果について適切な評価が行われていない。国際的には緩和ケアにおける自己効力感（Self Efficacy in Palliative Care）および死への恐怖感（Thanatophobia Scale)尺度が開発され、広く教育評価に用いられている。
本研究の目的は、①わが国の卒前緩和ケア教育の実態を調査すること、②わが国の卒前緩和ケア教育における教育効果の評価尺度を開発すること、である。
