Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、学習科学のデザイン研究の視点から、患者の服薬理解を促進し、アドヒアランスを高めるための環境セット要因を質的に明らかにすることを目的とする。まずは、既存の遵守・不遵守要因を整理し、実際の臨床現場での服薬指導や説明の際にどのようなやり取りが行われているかを把握して、環境セットに取り入れる要素を抽出する。次いで、それまでに抽出した要素を組み合わせた環境セットを構築し、臨床現場に導入して効果を検証し、アドヒアランス向上につながるかを評価する。最後に、検証結果を踏まえた修正版の環境セットを実施し、さらなる評価と改善を行うものである。
