Outline of Research at the Start

世界の主要死因である慢性腎臓病(CKD)に対する治療法が進歩する一方で、早期CKDでは疾病認知率が3%程度と極めて低いことが、明らかになった。この無自覚が早期診断・介入の障壁となっている。本研究では、まず100万人規模の保険者データを用いてCKD未受診者のクラスター分析を行い、各クラスターに最適化したナッジ理論に基づく受診勧奨プログラムを開発する。次に愛知県一宮市住民を対象に受診勧奨の効果を検証し、最終的に同市の健康支援プラットフォームを活用した個別化受診勧奨システムの構築と検証を行う。CKD早期発見・介入を強化する地域医療モデルの確立を目指す。
