Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、わが国で乳癌治療を経験した患者を対象とし、医療介入による経済毒性とそれが患者の受療行動や意思決定に与える影響を検証することを目的とした横断的前向き観察研究である。本研究はWeb調査手法を用いて、医療的介入に対する乳癌患者の主観的な経済毒性を定量的に評価する。さらに患者の乳癌の病状、社会的・経済的背景、受療行動、治療選択肢の意思決定の詳細も同時に調査する。これらを分析することで経済毒性のGradeと収入における医療費負担割合、患者の受療行動、治療選択への意思決定について影響を分析する。
