Outline of Research at the Start

本邦の地域救急医療は高齢化に伴う救急需要の増加と医師の地域・診療科偏在による供給不足という課題に直面している。地域救急医療を維持するためには非救急専門医の診療参画が不可欠であり、これを支援する教育支援システム構築が求められている。本研究ではICT技術を活用した遠隔シミュレーション教育プログラムを開発し、非救急専門医への教育効果を検証する。日本の地域救急医療の実情に即した遠隔教育プログラムを開発し、持続可能な地域救急医療体制構築に貢献するエビデンスの創出を目指す。
