Outline of Research at the Start

ANCA関連血管炎は全身の小血管の炎症と多臓器障害を引き起こす疾患です。個々の患者さんの病状や治療方針には地域差があり、診療ガイドラインに記載されている治療と実際に行われている治療との間にはギャップがあります。地域ごとの環境因子の違いや、専門医の偏在などが関与していると考えられます。本研究では、申請者らが構築した国内のANCA関連血管炎のレジストリと、行政機関が保有する環境因子や医療アクセスに関するビッグデータを統合することで、社会環境因子が病状や治療方針に与える影響を検証します。これにより、個々の患者さんや地域の特性に応じて最適化された治療戦略の提唱や、医療アクセスの改善を目指します。
