Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、慢性疾患の薬物治療における服薬アドヒアランスの重要性に着目し、患者の主訴と薬剤師のアセスメントが経時的に記載されている電子薬歴を匿名化処理した大規模なデータベースを使用し、薬物治療の経過について自然言語処理（NLP: Natural Language Processing）モデルを応用したテキストマイニングを行い、服薬アドヒアランスに影響を及ぼす影響等を明らかにする。本研究の実施により、医薬品の適正使用に必要な服薬指導コンテンツの開発、処方設計への還元に寄与することが期待できる。
