Outline of Research at the Start

不妊治療は複雑で多岐にわたり、患者個々の負担や理解度を考慮しながら医療提供者と協力して治療方針を決める共同意思決定 (SDM)が重要であるが、不妊領域での知見は乏しい。本研究では、SDMを行うためのツールに、カウンセリングを加えたパッケージを開発・実装するために以下の研究を行う。①不妊治療過程の意思決定支援を要する場面の同定。②生産率予測モデルを含むSDMのためのツールの開発。③開発したツールとカウンセリングのパッケージの提供による治療中の心理的負担、妊娠・出産率、治療継続率に対する効果検証。本研究により患者が子供を持つまで切れ目のないサポートを受けながら治療継続が可能な枠組みを整備する。
