Outline of Research at the Start

性別不合（Gender Incongruence; GI）の多くはGender affirming hormone療法（GAHT）を受ける。医療者からは適切な情報提供がある一方、少なくない当事者が自己判断でインターネット等の個人輸入などで治療を受け、健康被害の訴えも散見される。安全なGAHTのためには、現状の把握と適切な介入手段の構築が喫緊の課題であるため、本研究ではGI当事者の解釈モデルの実態解明と、Shared Decision Makingのための医療情報資源や伝達方法を開発することで、GI当事者の健康を守る方策を確立する。
