Outline of Research at the Start

免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor：ICI）は60～83%の患者で免疫関連有害事象（immune-related adverse event：irAE）が発現し、しばしば治療継続が困難になる。irAEリスクを増減させる薬剤がわかれば、新規irAE予防戦略になり得る。大規模医薬品有害事象データベースと電子カルテ情報を活用し、irAEリスクを上昇または減少させる薬を特定する。次いで、irAEリスクを減少させる薬をirAE発現モデルマウスに投与し、irAEの予防効果を検証する。さらにマウス糞便よりirAE予防に重要な腸内細菌属を同定する。
