Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はBRCA1/2 PV乳癌の実態を把握し、CRRMの意思決定に有用なdecision aidを開発することを目的とする。
2020年4月1日から2026年6月30日の間に遺伝学的検査でBRCA1/2病的バリアント
陽性（BRCA1/2 PV)と診断され、３か月以上経過した原発性乳癌患者を対象に多機関共同研究として、患者報告アウトカム（BREAST-Q、DRS、HADS、SDM-Q-9等）および症例報告書のデータ集積を実施する。
解析結果をもとに、BRCA PV乳癌に特化した高品質の意思決定ガイドの開発を行う。
