Outline of Research at the Start

診療ガイドラインはエビデンスに基づく医療の実践に不可欠であるが、医学の急速な進歩に伴い、適時かつ質の高い改訂が重要な課題となっている。現状では専門家の労働集約的な作業により改訂を行っており、その人的資源の逼迫が深刻な問題となっている。本研究は、大規模言語モデル（LLM）を活用した革新的な診療ガイドライン改訂支援システムの開発により、この課題の解決に取り組む。我々はすでに高精度なGPT-4oベースのデータ抽出システムを開発しており、この実績を基盤として、プロセス全体を包括するLLMによる診療ガイドライン改訂システムの構築を目指す。
