Outline of Research at the Start

麻酔科医不足は深刻な社会問題であり、従来の対策では限界がある。本研究では、麻酔科専門医が遠隔地から複数の手術室をリアルタイムで監視・指導する新たな遠隔麻酔支援システムの実現を目指す。シミュレーションおよび臨床試験を通じて、能動的介入や受動的対応の応答時間・精度を評価し、患者リスクに応じた最適な監視体制と同時支援可能な手術室数を科学的に検討する。既存の遠隔モニタリングシステムに加え、音声・映像の拡充により迅速な導入が可能である。本研究は医師不足対策に加え、地方医療や災害時医療体制の強化にも貢献する。
