Outline of Research at the Start

精神疾患を有する患者、特に外来患者は増加傾向が続いている。一方、精神疾患への薬物療法では向精神薬の多剤投与や長期処方が問題視され、地域の精神保健医療福祉の体制や資源に脆弱な面があることも指摘されている。そこで本研究の目的は、向精神薬の多剤投与や長期処方に関する地域的なリスク要因を明らかにすることとし、そのために地域における社会的・経済的特性や医療・介護・福祉の状況の関連性を明らかにし、そのことが向精神薬の多剤投与へ及ぼす影響を検討する。本研究の成果は地域包括ケアシステムの更なる推進の一助になり、国際比較における一資料になると期待する。
